Tea/coffee available free 24/7 with plates provided should guests bring food in. Good location for sightseeing and a stroll to the Old Town, with good restaurants nearby. Bus to/from the station stops outside the hotel. Some staff made eye contact regularly, others less so. A good stay. "

"Perfect location within 10 minute walk from Salzburg Hbf train station. Transport links were brilliant with nearby stop for many of the buses that took you right across Salzburg - recommend the Salzburg card. Staff were super nice and managed to get us an early check-in but note that this is not always possible. We liaised directly with them through Whatsapp and they responded within minutes.
