"Very outdated hotel. The room was not clean. Especially the pillow was extremely dirty with hair, dust and black specks on it. Luckily there was a pillow in the closet, so I used that one. When I told about the pillow at check-out, the receptionist said they would swap it out. Hopefully they do that every time? No apologies were given. Also the keycard wasn’t working on some doors like the pool and dressing rooms. O had to ask to get it activated. All and all not a great experience. "
