"Communication was very poor and we are still waiting for a particular refund but the owner is terrible at communicating even though we sent multiple emails and attached photos to show the state of the apartment. Apartment not ready at 3pm and we had to get the cleaner to come. Cleaner finished at 6:30 pm and did not empty bins, clean bathrooms or start dishwasher. Beds were made but badly and the apartment was uncleaned in many places. The bath mats from the former people were still in place...
