Nestled in a peaceful cul-de-sac, this neighborhood offers tranquility and a strong sense of community. The low traffic and friendly neighbors create the perfect environment to relax and unwind. While respect for each other's space is encouraged, the residents also kindly remind each other to follow the trash collection guidelines. To maintain the beauty of our neighborhood, trash cans should not be placed for pickup before 7pm on Tuesday evening, or the night before pickup, in the event of a holiday. Enjoy the serenity of this charming neighborhood while also being considerate of others.
Trash pick up is scheduled for Wednesday morning. Please move trash can provided outside to the curb on Tuesday evening after 7 pm and return to designated space until the next scheduled pickup.
The light switches beside the front door should NOT be used. They control the internet connection and the outside light on the pole.
Checkout List & House Rules
Thank you for choosing to spend your vacation in our home. Here are a few reminders about your departure and the house rules. Please take a moment and have all the guests read them.
• Cameras are located on the exterior front and rear sides of the home as a safety measure during your stay and when empty.
• The door will auto lock after 60 seconds. Check in is at 4:00 pm. Please do not try to check in early unless prior approval has been granted by the property manager and an additional fee has been paid. Your code will not work until 10 minutes before check in. It is our desire to provide the best experience by preparing and restocking the home prior to your arrival.
• To watch TV, a Roku remote is provided (per each TV), that will power on the TV, make selections, and control sound.
• Supplies provided for your stay are a few trash bags, rolls of toilet paper, and paper towels. Sponge, dish detergent, and dishwasher pods are located on the counter beside the sink for cleaning dishes.
• Checkout is 10:00am sharp.
****NOTE: Cleaning & linen services are on a strict schedule. If they have to reschedule, your deposit will be forfeited.
• Linens - Please strip all bed linens and pillowcases that were used and place them on top of each bed.
• Towels – Please place all used towels & wash cloths in bathtubs.
• Take out all trash from the bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, and patio to the outside large trash cans. Take all food items with you or throw them away.
• Wednesday guests either checking in or checking out, please place trash &recycling cans at curbside for very early Thursday AM pickup. If cans are not moved to curbside, a fine of $250 will be incurred.
• Turn all air conditioning thermostats to 78 degrees in warmer months and 65 degrees in cold or cooler months at checkout.
• Lock all doors and windows.
• Report damages upon checking in and checking out. Accidents happen.
• Absolutely NO SMOKING in or on the property including electronic cigarettes. If neighbors or property manager report any SMOKING on or in the property, the reservation/ contract will be terminated immediately and/or your deposit will be forfeited.
