We go here every spring break and are familiar with all the activities and amenities, just with the staff would be trained more on there own offerings before automatically jumping to “we don offer that here” as answer. We do stay on the Wyndham end, room was not as clean as I feel it should be and found some stuff that makes me feel like the focus has shifted from quality to quantity. "
