"No reception and was left in the cold for over 40 minutes to check in ! no heat in room , was not given any wifi in formation for the room , the next day got the password but in the room it was no signal . The shower arrangement is bad , no extractor fan in the room for the shower. Overall very disappointing , breakfast was ok. "

"Very quiet location, the silence outside at night is perfect. Good value for the money, either restaurant, drinks, and rooms. Decent breakfast, not fancy, but good German bread, rolls, and boiled eggs. This place is much bigger than it appears from outside. I look forward to returning soon."

"Sehr nette Gastgeberin die wirklich alles für ihre Gäste tut. Schöne und erholsame Zeit im gemütlichen Zimmer mit Fernseher, Internetzugang, Wellnessdusche, und WC. Frühstück sehr abwechslungsreich und reichlich, jeden Tag eine neue Überraschung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Leckeres Rührei oder Spiegelei mit Obst Wurst Käse verschiedenen Brötchen und Brot wie auch reichlich Kaffee und Verschiedene Saftsorten. "Die Unterkunft war sauber und super ausgestattet. Ein Teil der Unterkunft wird gerade umgebaut, hier und da fehlte mal ne Fliese oder etwas Tapette. Das war aber immer erst auf dem zweiten Blick aufgefallen. Der Whirlpool war leider nicht funktionsfähig (hat 24 Stunden zum aufheizen gebraucht, mag dran liegen, dass er kurfristig umgestellt wurde). Der Standort ist in der Bad Emser Innenstadt, fußläufig zum Bahnhof BE West. Parkmöglichkeiten gibts nur für ein Fahrzeug, für weitere Fahrzeuge gibts...
