"The owner locked the door of the rented space from the outside. They had no access into or out of the space. He extorted additional money while they were there. The owner shared a bathroom with the renters. The place was filthy, there was no clean drinking water. There was limited access to food and no place to store purchased food. The owner attempted to control their choices and became upset if they disagreed with him."

"Every thing was just perfect here the employees are so helpful and respectful the room was so clean the food was excellent I would come back to this hotel if I ever visit again everything was organized. I am so happy with everything. Thank you Ramada employees "
