The villa of 170m2 distributed ideally consists of 2 large bedrooms with dressing room and bathroom and a bedroom suite (dressing room and private bathroom). On the 200m2 terrace with sea view infinity pool is a summer kitchen, plancha and an outdoor bar, dining area for 12 people and garden furniture, chairs and shower.
The villa is located 5 minutes from the shops and the sea by car.
