Full yard. Washer and dryer within the home. Minutes from Downtown, Saratoga Racecourse (1.3 mi), SPAC (Saratoga Performing Arts Center) & SPA State Park, (1.2mi). Off Street parking for 4 or 5 cars. Grocery, pharmacy & Liquor store within a block of house.

Super convenient
A nice little spot with plenty of parking. Very convenient to SPAC and lots of across the street amenities. We were a group of six adults and had specific plans at SPAC, so it really worked well for our group.
