Cozy and private. Quiet, safe area with little to no traffic. Publix and Gulf Gate area shops just on other side of 41. You will absolutely love the convenience here!

NOTE: BOOKING JANUARY, FEBRUARY OR MARCH? Please book whole months only NOT mid-month to mid-month. This time frame is a monthly minimum property and we don't want to be empty for part of the time. - This property has a completely independent 1/1 upstairs apt which is off to the side of the home. Occasional activity may be heard when this unit is occupied.
-It is possible for guests on this unit to hear footsteps coming from the unit above if it is occupied.
-Pet allowed with Pet fee of $150 per pet - (2) Pet Max
Trash pick-up day is every Wednesday morning of each week, unless interrupted by a Holiday (next day)

Not a bad place
Great location for us but I didnt see in the fine print at the end of the listing that there is another unit above the master bedroom. You could hear every footstep. The bedrooms on the left of the house stayed hot and would barely get to thermostat setting of 72, most allowed per note, by morning. It was alright but theres better for the price.

Good Location, poor execution
This VRBO is conveniently located to shopping and the beach. It does have space for 5 people....however all the positives end there. There is no instructions on how to heat the hot tub, no garage access or remote to open and close. The back screened porch has a lot of screen openings allowing bugs in the porch. The kitchen is highly understocked. Only like 5 forks, one tiny sheet pan, two warped skillets, no saucepans, 5 drinking glasses, two wine glasses....etc you get the point, unable to cook for a group of 5 adequately. There were interior guests in the form of multiple house geckos, rats(as per the rat feces on counter, and our bananas being eaten on the counter), and other bugs. Floors were dirty and the dishwasher smelled of rotting fish. Kitchen electric receptacles were non-functioning. We were out of toilet paper in one bathroom. The images made the place look well stocked and clean, but when you actually get there the house looks like it needs a lot of work. We were disappointed, but since we spent most of our time out and about, we didn't bother to call the host to complain. Be wary of this place.

Awesome Vacation
The place was large enough for my entire family to be very comfortable. The house was clean and had the things we needed. Of course if you have a large family you need to bring additional stuff. The house is a very short drive to Siesta Key Beach. Nice back yard for kids to play and the hot tub was great. Really easy to check in and out. We would definitely return for summer vacation.

Great location for Siesta Beach
This is a great location walking distance to crescent beach, shops and bars. 3 bedroom with a bunk room can sleep 8 comfortably. One caution is the main bedroom has another small rental overhead and those guests can be heard. Main bedroom AC is lacking but the rest of the house is cool. Porches front and back provide outdoor hang outs. Hot tub +. New kitchen appliances +. Overall a good value to stay

Florida family vacation
Well the location was nice but the property in general needs to be updated and thoroughly cleaned. Renters pay a substantial amount in a cleaning fee and the floors,showers and overall cleanliness was disgusting. The listing states accommodation for 10 guests which you would think would include towels, utensils, plates, etc for 10 guests. Numerous chipped coffee mugs and plates in the kitchen. Multiple bugs in home including ants, spiders and cockroaches. In master bedroom, shower has black mold and In master bedroom, bed had to be put back together because it fell apart. In property listing, hot tub was included but never able to use it because the water was yellow and unplugged when we arrived. Additionally, outlet faceplates were missing in bedroom and mattress was hard as a rock. Kitchen and other areas in house had holes in the wall. Also, there is a apartment above the master bedroom which made it difficult to sleep because of the noise when people are walking and moving around. I have stayed in multiple VRBO’s and was disappointed in this property. I can’t say enough about the location because that was centrally located to the things we wanted to do. Overall the place needs a ton of work if you are considering as a rental on a VRBO site.

Great location
I really liked the location of the property, ten minute walk to the beach. Very close to the beach, restaurants, and grocery store. Comfortable and clean. Very nice screened in porch. The house needs some TLC. Disappointed in the number of dishes, utensils, and serving dishes, not enough for more than 6 people. Would be helpful to have a hair dryer and vacuum cleaner. Quiet neighborhood to walk.

Nice but it could be better
The listing is not accurate. There is an apartment on top of the master bedroom. and every footstep can be heard. It should be display on the listing. It needs more cleaning and a few touch ups. Lovely neighborhood!

Clean, but verify a few things before you go
The property was clean, and the location was great. The owner was responsive to communicate, but not all issues were resolved. Our past experience is that basic items such as dish soap, toilet paper, and garbage bags are provided and they were not present. They did drop some off for us the next afternoon. Also, the house sleeps 10 and we had 9 people. They were not enough coffee, mugs, bath towels, or hand towels, to accommodate that many people. The hot tub turned on, but it does not heat so we were disappointed with that as well. It really is a great place to stay. We just had to deal with a lot of minor details that distracted from our trip. So inquire before you go so you can arrive with everything you need and just enjoy your stay. Also important to note is there is an attached apartment above 1/2 of the house and they were a little noisy very late a few of the nights. We did not know there was an attached apartment and thought we were getting a house privately. The guests at the upstairs apartment also made parking to be a little limited for us a few times and hard to navigate the circular driveway. Overall, it definitely met our needs and was very clean.

Like home away from home!
This is a great place to stay. You can get to beach, shopping and food just a short drive. We enjoyed the back patio to just relax! Neighborhood is quite even though you are on the main strip. Would most defiantly stay here again!
