"We loved our stay at Bela Vista! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable from the second we arrived. Portimão itself is perhaps a little more touristy than other cities in the Algarve, but Bela Vista felt like an oasis away from this. We absolutely LOVED the daily breakfast, pool facilities, and Vista Restaurant - this was the best meal we’ve ever had in our lives!"

"We changed from a suite to a seaview on arrival and could not have been happier. The view from the eighth floor was spectacular. The hotel is big and busy, but we loved sitting on the balcony (except when the neighbors were smoking). Would definitely stay again."

"Whilst the property is rated at 5 star, it is not a luxurious facility. Rooms and corridors are pretty much due for repainting. Staff members were generally friendly and helpful and the facilities were good although a little basic. For a 6 night stay were only entitled to two large bottles of water in the room on arrival that were not replenished. This is policy at this property. Food was generally good with the buffet representing good value. Ala carte menu is quite limited but sufficient."
