Precisa de manutenção: no banheiro acessório de pendurar toalha de banho está solto. Limpeza: achamos uma camiseta atrás da cama, o que significa que não afastam a cama para limpar, deixamos a camiseta dento do armário da cozinha, nojento! Internet: não conecta a tv de jeito nenhum!!!!

Péssima experiência com check in
Demorei quase 2h para conseguir fazer check in. Ao chegar no local, a portaria digital não localizava a reserva. Fiquei cerca de 1h30 no telefone com a hotéis.com e nada solucionava. Por sorte, consegui com a portaria virtual um telefone de WhatsApp próprio da administradora para conseguir liberar acesso. Check in que deveria ser 15h, entrei quase 17h.

Boa Opção
O apartamento é incrível, todo completo e muito bem decorado, você se sente em casa e a vista é ótima. O condomínio tem uma ótima estrutura com academia, piscina, coworking, lavanderia e um terraço surreal. Como ponto negativo, pelo atendimento ser totalmente digital, acaba demorando muito em alguns momentos, em um certo momento fiquei trancado pra fora e tive que entrar em contato para trocarem a senha é isso foi um pouco desconfortável. Não conseguiram antecipar (o que não é obrigatório) o meu checkin nem 20min e ainda teve um atraso de 1h sendo que o checkin é a partir das 15h. Mas devido a um imprevisto que eu tive, deixaram eu realizar o checkout 1h mais tarde sem custo. Em resumo, pra quem vai ficar vários dias é uma ótima opção, mas acredito que essa parte do atendimento precisaria melhorar um pouco.
