Private garage, demarcated and covered. There is the possibility of more than one parking space to be combined.

Apartment super airy, bright, clean and spacious (70 m²), the location being the biggest differential.

Around the famous Gallery A. D. Moreira, Miramar Shopping, Shopping Park Balneario, police station, pharmacy 24h, bakeries, cinemas, restaurants, Flags Square, Independence Square, C & A, Renner, Lojas Americanas, Ragazzo, Habib, public bicycle station, supermarkets, shops, McDonald's ... and best of all: just cross the street to walk on the beach sand. All for your well being and fun.

Family-friendly with only 4 apartments per floor, our apartment comfort up to 6 people. The kitchen features basic household appliances, large service area, "real" mattresses, new furnishings, high standard oceanfront building located in the heart of the Gonzaga.

The 24-hour concierge allows you to check-in at any time.

The apartment DOES NOT have bed linen and bath, however it is mandatory to use.

The voltage in Santos is 220W.

Our daily rates are managed as follows: Check in: 3pm and Check out: 12pm. Note: We make schedules more flexible by scheduling availability.

Since we do not charge a cleaning and conservation fee, the apartment must be delivered under the same conditions as those found, including cleaning conditions.

The budget is based on total days and number of people, and the maximum number of people allowed is six (6) per apartment. It is not allowed to receive visits in the apartment and in the dependencies of the Condominium.
