On the Finca Panoramica Vallemar, an avocado plantation just above Puerto de la Cruz, with a fantastic panoramic view of the sea, Puerto de la Cruz and the Teide is a great original Canarian finca house built of natural stones, with its own private Pool.
The Finca Panoramica Vallemar consists of a detached finca house and a single casita (cottage). Maximum allowed is 6 people.
The finca house has about 110 sqm built area. It has 2 bedrooms each for 2 persons (each with 1.90 x 0.90 m beds and comfortable mattresses and a built-in wardrobe in the construction of the old Canarian tradition), a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen with small dining area, a salon / dining room for up to 6 people, u. a. with TV and DVD player and an outdoor salon with sofas for up to 6 people under the large covered terrace, and now new after the expansion of the Aussensalons also a dining table with 6 comfortable chairs, so you can enjoy the great view at any time. The two main viewing sides of the outdoor salon are made entirely of glass doors, which can be pushed completely over each other. So you can fully postpone 2 sides of this salon and you sit practically outdoors. And if the days in the winter should not be so warm, you can close the doors and in sunshine, the 12mm thick glass (safety glass 6x6) ensures a pleasant warmth in the salon.
The terraces of the finca have sun from early morning until sunset.
The outdoor salon itself receives solar radiation from noon until sunset. It can be seen in winter over the low foothills of the mountains. And in summer, the huge solar globe sinks into the sea. From this outdoor salon and from the large terrace you have fantastic views over fields and lush vegetation of the sea, Puerto de la Cruz, the lower part of the Orotava, the mountains and the towering crater of Mount Teide.
In front of and next to the house and the outdoor salon are large terraces with natural stone pavement.
On the same finca, only about two meters from the finca house, is the casita, a small house. It has a bedroom with two large (but also separable) beds of 1.90 x 0.90 m and a wardrobe, and a private bathroom with shower. It does not have its own kitchen and living room, so it is mainly for sleeping.
The casita is outwardly Canarian-rustic, as it was formerly used as a bodega. Inside it was rebuilt to suit today's needs. The built-up area of ​​the casita is about 25 square meters. For cooler winter evenings, the main house and the casita are equipped with oil central heating.
Incidentally, there is no gas on the entire Finca Panoramica Vallemar. Stove, oven, hot water boiler are electrically operated. Although gas is much cheaper, but the safety of our guests is very important to us. That's why the bedroom windows have grilles so you can sleep carefree even when the window is open.
