Rosa is a comfortable family classic apartment.
The maxi outdoor veranda covered in solid wood and equipped with tables and chairs for relaxing moments in the open air, welcomes the independent entrance of this delightful hospitality Gallura solution .
The large and bright living room of 20 sqm. has an open kitchen equipped and accessorized, sofa bed for two people, TV with satellite and French windows, and handcrafted chestnut wood pantry wall.
The double bedroom is also large, bright and comfortable: it has a walk-in wardrobe and chest of drawers, a bed with rigid wooden slats and a mirror.
The private bathroom has a maxi shower cubicle (90 x 145 cm), typical Gallura tiles and electric hair dryer.
Outside there is a large laundry area.
