"It could be a beautiful property but needs some maintenance in common areas. Rooms are nice and clean. Staff was very friendly "

"The rooms are very dated. Beds are not all that comfortable. We had to open and lock the room from the inside with a key that was difficult to use. It took both me and my daughter trying the key before we could get the door opened. We could hear the people in the room beside us talking as if they were in the room with us!"

"Great location with private parking. Our second stay at this hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is great and staff are super helpful. "

"The room was clean, room access with elevator. Parking is/ was nearby - Everything worked. No wifi. Language was a barrier when checking in. Not sure if woman was a host or resident assisting owner. There was no help in answering my questions during my stay. Outside of property was unkept, trash littered at entrance. Entry door to property was next to a restaurant/ bar that was closed. Reception was up a flight of stairs. However the price was good for me."

"I spent two nights at this hotel and loved it. The location is perfect—right in the Plaza Mayor, close to everything. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again."
