When you enter this air-conditioned gem, you will discover a beautifully designed open floor plan that seamlessly combines living and dining areas and the kitchen. The living area invites you to unwind as you curl up on the sectional and get ready for a tranquil evening watching an entertaining show, movie, or sports game on the smart TV. When mealtime comes, the chef of the group will have a well-appointed kitchen to prepare the most delicious homemade meals and treats for the crew. It's been equipped with all stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze. From here, you can easily access the enclosed patio, which houses a private swim spa, an outdoor dining area, a gas grill, and loungers.

Climb up the stairs to reach the second level, which boasts a lofted rec area with a smart TV and all three bedrooms. All bedrooms have luggage racks, smart TVs, and ceiling fans. The primary suite boasts a working desk, an en suite bath with a soaking tub and a walk-in shower, and a private balcony. Additional perks include an electric vehicle charger and a washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
