The service is impeccable. I would say check in and check out could be more efficient. It’s veryyyy slow and that required patience that I was struggling with. But overall the service, the location, the rooms, everything was beautiful. "

"If I could give this property more stars, I would. We travel extensively, and this has become one of the most professional, customer-oriented, high-quality resorts we've been to. I've been there twice now, and it has improved even from 2 years ago. It is challenging to find an all-inclusive that does not consistently try to upsell products and services, but Grand Velas does not do that. In addition, I have found recently that it is tough to find a hotel or resort where employees seem happy to be there and who are exceedingly customer-focused - Grand Velas has managed to find the margic combination and I cannot wait to return."
