Flat part of a splendid villa, furnished with taste and elegance, located on a fenced plot of 4 hectares. It is a 3-minute drive from the village and services, 10 minutes from the beautiful beach of Porto Pino; central area, as in a short time you can reach places of great historical and scenic interest such as Teulada, Chia, Sant'Antico, Carloforte, etc.. Arranged on the first floor, it enjoys panoramic views of the sea and the surrounding countryside. The house consists of large living area, master bedroom with attached bathroom, second bedroom, 2 further bathrooms, large covered veranda with outdoor furniture. The villa has another bedroom with two beds and bathroom, with independent access from the house. Large outdoor spaces with garden, lawn and swimming pool for exclusive use with barbecue area. Children under 10 years are not allowed.

We had a wonderful time in villa Wollow. The owners who live nextdoor were very helpful and they were always invisible. It was very clean. In the kitchen there was no oven, although it was in de description. They brought us one but it did’nt work. In the neigborhood there ar beatiful beaches. Unfortunately we could’nt hike because it was too hot at that time. Normally it is nit that hot( almost 40 degrees.
