"The property is set high above a small village - with stunning views of mount Etna. It has an amazing garden ... and lot of space. Huge variety at breakfast ... Biggest bonus: host (and her mother - thanks for breakfast treats) made it special. We saw Etna against a blue sky - and also covered in snow (in May!). The terrace also has views down to the

"Es war ein wunderschöner zweiwöchiger Aufenthalt an den Hängen des Ätna mit einem fantastsichen Ausblick von der Terrasse auf das Mittelmmer bis herüber nach Taormina und auf den Ätna von der Haustür. Leider stand der Pool nicht mehr zur Verfügung, sowas muß im Inserat berücksichtigt und kommuniziert werden. Unsere nette Vermieterin hat uns jedenfalls im Vorfeld darauf hingewiesen. "This place is even more charming than the photos. The manager, Fabrizio, met us at the house and showed us around. The view from every angle is of Mt. Etna or the
sea
....gorgeous! There were fresh flowers in vases and fresh water in the fridge. Plus, we went down the road to the store Fabrizio owns and we tried local meats, cheese and wine and bought food for the next day. Fabrizio helped arrange a guided tour of Mt Etna, and shared many other food and activity suggestions as well."

"Very nice, quite apartment high up in St Alfio with an amazing view from Taormina to Giarre. Very nice, large terrace, there is now also a large umbrella, so shadow is provided :-) The apartment is equipped with all necessary things and Graziana is a very nice host, ready to help if anything is needed. There are several nice restaurants in the village, but a car is strongly recommended to get around."
