When we checked in the package was in their mailbox and the lady at the front desk (aka the owner) said, “oh yea, I didn’t check the mailbox, it’s just easier to tell people that we don’t accept packages or didn’t get them.” That cost us an extra $4k on our trip. "Strange hotel accessed down an alleyway, next to a garage. However, room fine, good bathroom, and good wi-fi. No breakfast, but a capsule coffee machine in room, which I couldn't get to work."
