Our newly built house is located in a quiet, sunny but also central location. Enjoy the sun on our balcony with a fantastic view, or relax in our cozy sauna house and let the day come to an end. Several restaurants as well as the gas station are only a few minutes away from us and within walking distance. Also the Garfreschabahn is very close to us, with which you get directly into the ski area SILVRETTA Montafon. In summer it is the ideal starting point for many great hikes and walks.

Sehr saubere, angenehme, gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit wunderbarem Ausblick. Die Zimmer sind geräumiger als sie auf die Bilder wirken. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat eigenes Bad, sehr praktisch mit großen Kindern oder zwei Ehepaaren. Ausreichend Schränke und Schubladen vorhanden. Schlafcouch ist ein guter Schlafplatz, auch ausgezogen bleibt ausreichend Platz in der Wohnküche. Skikeller vorhanden. Skibus prima zu Fuß erreichbar, gute Anbindung Richtung Versettla und Valisera-Bahn. Tolles Skigebiet. Skischule vorher online reservieren, sonst evtl keinen Platz. Bei Neuschnee braucht man Allradantrieb oder Schneeketten um die 100 m zum Haus zu schaffen. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr gerne wieder!

schöne Wohnung in guter Lage
Die Wohnung war schön, sehr sauber, perfekt für 4 Personen und hatte einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf die Garfrescha-Talabfahrt. Die Bilder werden der Wohnung gerecht. Die Lage war top zentral, der Berg hoch zur Unterkunft war nach einem langen Skitag der Endgegner für uns mit Glätte, Skischuhen und Skiern.. aber machbar :) Zwei kleine Anmerkungen hätten wir noch: Über etwas mehr Aufhäng- und Ablagemöglichkeiten, gerade in Bad und Flur, hätten wir uns gefreut, das ist meiner Meinung nach in den meisten Unterkünften immer etwas knapp bemessen. Ein eigener Schlüssel für den Ski-Raum wäre für uns aus mehreren Gründen wünschenswert gewesen. Der Skiraum war ansonsten sehr gut ausgestattet mit Skischuhtrockner und ausreichend Abstellmöglichkeiten. Danke für den Aufenthalt und ich wünsche Jedem viel Freude im nächsten Urlaub.

Wunderbare moderne Ferienwohnung
Sehr schöne und neue Ferienwohnung, tolle Lage mit Blick auf die Berge,sehr sauber und gut ausgestatttet. Vermieterfamilie sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Zentrale Lage nicht weit von Einkaufsmöglichkeit, ÖPNV, Restaurant. Bergwanderung direkt von Ferienwohnung aus möglich. Wir kommen gerne wieder !!!
