Beachfront complex, heated pool, less than 100 steps to the beach, beautifully decorated condo with cathedral ceilings and a loft. All of this makes up your perfect vacation home. Walk into the bright and airy condo with soaring ceiling, tropical views, and ample room for your family. The open kitchen is updated with new countertops and clean white cabinets. Everything you need to cook a fabulous meal or just heat up leftovers from one of Sanibel’s great restaurants. Large terrazzo tiles extend to the dining area and large living room both with plenty of room to relax and unwind. Sit on your private screened lanai and enjoy the tropical landscaping and ocean breeze. The bright décor in the master bedroom suite along with its comfortable king bed create the perfect place for a great night’s sleep. The master bath has a walk-in glass shower and a large vanity. The guest bedroom is bright and tropical with a queen bed. Guest will love their own bathroom with a large shower/tub combo. Kids and adults both love the loft with two twin beds and amazing sky views. Walk the beautiful shell-lined beach, bike to the local shops; swim in the heated pool, fish off your beach or just do nothing all day. Coquina Beach 3H is the perfect location for your vacation.

A slice of heaven!!

A nice clean comfortable condo. All the comforts of home! A great location! Just steps to the beach and nicely located on the East end of the island which makes it very easy to get around.

The condo is a great location - steps to the beach and pool. Very spacious with the 2nd floor loft and 2 nice sized bedrooms. Bathrooms are updated and beds were comfortable. The kitchen had just the right amount of supplies for cooking. There were some beach/pool toys. Overall, a good, clean rental. Kingfisher was very customer friendly and exceeded our expectations - we were in Sanibel during the worst red tide the town had seen in decades. Having vacationed on the island many times in the summer, it was a big disappointment not to be able to use the beaches with 2 young children. Kingfisher went above and beyond to ensure that we returned to visit again. Looking forward to booking again soon through Kingfisher.

Great Week

It was an older condo but very clean. It was close to everything, walks to the beach, drives to the store on Sanibel island, fishing charters, etc. The pool was wonderful and the grounds were maintained beautifully!

Everything you need for a Sanibel stay

Coquina 3H had everything we needed for a great stay on Sanibel Island. Just a quick walk from the beach & 5 steps from the pool, this condo had everything we needed for a comfortable beach vacation. Our family of 5 (3 teenagers) for comfortably.

Nice with a few issues

Nice property. Updated, but small bathrooms. Front door handle cannot be used without a key.(quite irritating) No resident manager on site. Very nice pool, landscaping and property pristine. Short of cleaning supplies. Still, I rate it as a good rental.

Sanibel 2021

Mostly good experience. Original description of where we were supposed to stay did not include the actual unit rented. It did include the rental address but there were two locations with Kingfisher. We ended up in the wrong unit, and had to move on that first night. Check in instructions should include the actual unit number. The rest of the week turned out very well. The only thing we had issues with were cushions on the wicker seating.

Great location, condo could use work

Loved the location. Only complaint is we had small bugs all over the kitchen and would keep reappearing after cleaning. Beds/pillows were very uncomfortable. Enjoyed master bath and room sizes/layouts.

Covid holiday getaway

Since we couldn't enjoy the typical Christmas merriment, we chose a stay at Sanibel Island with our immediate family. Everything was just perfect!

Wonderful stay in November

We really enjoyed our first visit to Sanibel. The condo was exactly what our family needed. Our two boys loved sleeping in the loft area while our daughter had the privacy of her own room. The master bedroom was spacious and comfortable. Very comfortable mattress. We enjoyed having our coffee on the screened in lanai each morning. This complex was very peaceful throughout our stay. The beach is just a short walk away. The water was very calm on this part of the island, but perfect for shelling and birdwatching. We enjoyed visiting Bowman’s Beach and Alison Hagerup Beach in Captiva for bigger waves and a different beach experience. Both of these public beaches are amazing. The condo didn’t come with any beach chairs or accessories to use so we did have purchase those. It appeared some of the other condos had those available to use. That would have been the only thing I would add to make our stay just perfect.

The location was perfect. The condo could use some improvements with furniture and new umbrella.

Great place. Steps from the beach is a top selling point for us. Clean, and set up nicely! Could use some updating. We would stay again. Check in and out right there is awesome! Only place that has made checking in and out so easy!

Large condo very comfortable

Nice condo in good area close to beach and pool. Furnishings are a bit dated but nice and clean. Nice updated appliance's and wonderful to have a washer and dryer.

The condo was very nice and neat. The big beds were great! Lots of shelling on the beach and especially in the water(no shark teeth) The walk to the beach from 3H wasn’t bad at all. It’s beautiful all around the condo and the whole island!! We had an unforgettable trip!!

Can’t wait to return

We had an amazing time! The condo was perfect, the only complaint I would have would be the cook wear could use updating. The beach supplies were a nice surprise except a few of the shovels were cracked and the umbrella could be replaced too but it did the job. We loved Sanibel it had been a bucket list place for us for a while and I am happy to say it didn’t disappoint. We will be booking again for next summer❤️
