Hyatt Place Waikiki Beach
5/5 Excellent
"Great location! Walkable to many places: beach, store, dining, zoo & so much more. Clean room and sheets. Staff was friendly, great customer service!
Dislikes: Booked an ocean view room, but my balcony faced the hotel that was across the street. Only ocean view was through a small window or sitting sideways on the balcony which still gave only partial view. Also, I was on the 18th floor, hotel had one working elevator the entire 5 days we were there. Workers came the last day when we were checking out. "
