"This hotel is a good choice and they have shuttle bus from and to airport. Front desk is open even after 8pm. You can check-out via key-drop box. No extra charges or hidden fees. No tips no free breakfast. Good quality and polite/ professional personnel. "

"Probably my favorite overnight hotel in Narita. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. On time shuttle service to airport and mall. Did not receive that at another airport hotel in Narita on this same trip. Lawsons in lobby and seems to have good dining choices even though haven’t tried them yet. Would absolutely stay again. "
