Villa for rent in a marvellous position in San Vito Lo Capo Gulf

Situated in a marvellous position 200 metres far from the lighthouse and only 30 metres from the sea, the house is located in a luxuriant garden of Mediterranean plants with a big palm tree in the middle. From the big terrace with colonnade (the very house’s heart), you can have a breathtaking view of the gulf as a perfect scenery for relax. The house is located 700 metres far from the main road and from the big beach.
The harbour (beach, boat rental, sailing school, diving center, organized tours,) is 150 metres far. Nearby, it's possible to swim from the rocks or to use a wooden platform (with the possibility to rent sun beds and umbrellas). The position is excellent to let you leave your car and to move by feet or by bycicle (most of the village is pedestrian area). The bus stop to the beach is far about 300 m.; the service is available from June to September and it is free.

Absolute relax
The villa is located in the best location in San Vito - you have a beautiful view of the harbor, mountains and the whole bay. Thanks to the trees on the terrace, there is shade all day. The home has everything you might need, even a sewing kit, or we appreciated more then sufficient amount of cups, cutlery and so on. There is enough space for everything. The owners are helpful and nice. Thanks again, it made up our holiday.

Great family vacation, close to the beach with bikes to get around!
We had a wonderful 5-day stay at this property. The owners were very nice and welcoming when we arrived and showed us all around the house. They even provided a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. The property had more than enough space for a family of 4. We left one room unused. The kitchen had all the necessary cooking items, and the bathrooms are updated. There is no air conditioning, but opening the windows and running the fans cooled everything down in the evenings (we stayed in June). The porch with the view is AWESOME! We ate breakfast out there every morning and BBQed twice while we were there. We went to the fish market next door and got fresh tuna to grill two nights in a row. We used the 4 bikes to get to the beach (5 minutes), run to the store, etc. The bikes are the perfect way to get around. Our boys loved the hammock and laid in it often. One thing to note is that the WiFi is for only 2GB per week. When it ran out we asked Carlo about it and he reset it so we could access it again. The home is a very peaceful place. I'd highly recommend it to anyone staying in San Vito lo Capo! Also, the beach is beautiful. We rented two loungers each day for 15 Euro. The water is shallow very far out which is perfect for the kids to play, snorkel, etc. The main street of the town is really cute too with lots of restaurants, shops and cafes. Thank you, Carlo and family, for sharing your home with us. We had a great time!

Ideal für Familien mit Kindern / Ideale per famiglie con bambini
Ideal für Familien mit Kindern Wir haben das Ferienhaus mit zwei Familien, vier Erwachsene und fünf Kindern im Alter von 5 bis 12 Jahren eine Woche bewohnt. Das Haus liegt perfekt am Hafen, für Ausflüge mit dem Boot und hat auch einen Zugang zum Meer, welcher über ein paar Felsen gut erreichbar ist. Der Nahegelegene Strand wurde von uns kaum genutzt, da wir mit dem eigenen SUP sehr flexibel waren. Der Blick von der Terrasse, welcher auch für uns der Mittelpunkt des Hauses war ist Traumhaft – „Mehr Meer geht wohl kaum!“ Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet zum Kochen und Grillen alles, was man sich wünscht. Auch drei Bäder und eine Außendusche sind sehr komfortabel. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen. Vielen Dank! Familie Schielke und Winter Abbiamo vissuto nella casa vacanze per una settimana con due famiglie, quattro adulti e cinque bambini dai 5 ai 12 anni. La casa è situata in una posizione perfetta sul porto per le gite in barca e ha anche l'accesso al mare, facilmente raggiungibile tramite alcuni scogli. Abbiamo usato difficilmente la spiaggia vicina perché eravamo molto flessibili con il nostro SUP. La vista dalla terrazza, che per noi era anche il centro della casa, è fantastica: "Più mare non è possibile!" La casa è molto ben attrezzata e offre tutto ciò che si può desiderare per cucinare e grigliare. Molto comodi anche i tre bagni e la doccia esterna. Abbiamo davvero apprezzato la settimana. Grazie! Abbiamo speso splendide vacanze con i nostri tre ragazzi (8,11,14) in questa bella casa al mare. Carlo e Paola sono padroni di casa molto gentili. Non ci manca niente. Sempre in ottobre mangiavamo ogni sera sulla terrazza con vista sul mare.

Probabilmente la miglior posizione a San Vito lo Capo
Villa singola con ampio giardino, attrezzatissimo per godersi il panorama su tutta la baia all’ombra dei pini marittimi. Non manca veramente nulla per rendere speciale la vacanza: la zona è appena fuori dal centro, che è velocemente raggiungibile con le biciclette in dotazione, ma si può anche fare il bagno nelle acque turchesi avanti a casa, facilmente accessibili dagli scogli. La pescheria di fianco a casa e il barbecue in giardino permettono fantastiche grigliate. Unico piccolo neo, soprattutto per non comprate stoviglie usa e getta e per questioni igieniche: manca la lavastoviglie; ma Paolo ci ha promesso che la metteranno!

Per due anni di seguito abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questa splendida villa in 9 persone (3 bambini e 6 adulti). È un sogno, le foto sono rappresentative ma dal vivo è ancora più bella. Posizione ottimale con splendida vista sul mare. A 15 minuti a piedi dal centro e dalla grande spiaggia di sabbia, quasi di fronte casa c è la piccola caletta di scogli di Billeci, facilmente accessibile con le scarpette adatte. In casa sono anche a disposizione ombrelloni, giochi per i bambini, gonfiabili e sedie per la spiaggia... Il giardino curatissimo e attrezzato è un vero gioiello, completo di tutto dalla comodissima doccia esterna al barbecue, amaca, sdraio tavoli.. tutto all ombra di alti pini e palme per vivere lo spazio a tutte le ore del giorno. Il patio con il tavolo per mangiare è stato il cuore della casa. L interno della villa è ampio e pulitissimo, spazi già attrezzati di tutto il necessario riposto in modo organizzato con tutti gli accorgimenti utili al posto giusto. I bagni sono nuovi, le camere sono fresche anche se non c è il condizionatore il vento e i ventilatori sono piu che sufficienti. Le biciclette noleggiate sono molto utili per muoversi velocemente in paese e fare le commissioni. Ci abbiamo lasciato il cuore, abbiamo fatto il pieno della splendida vista del Golfo a tutte le ore del giorno. I fratelli Carlo e Paolo sono deliziosi e sempre disponibili per tutte le necessità e consigli.
