Haus und Umgebung zum Entspannen
Das Haus inkl. Einrichtung und Austattung ist sehr ansprechend und wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Auch die Umgebung mit dem Olivenhain passt und ist stimmig. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Schöne Herbstwoche am Meer
Wer eine Unterkunft mit besonderem Charme sucht und gerne etwas abseits des Trubels wohnt, findet hier sein Glück. Das ehemalige Bauernhaus liegt idyllisch zwischen einem Wäldchen und einem Olivenhain. Die Ausstattung ist gut und es hat einfach ein besonderes Flair. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und unkompliziert und hat uns vor und während unserer Reise mit allen nötigen Informationen und tollen Tipps versorgt. Man ist schnell an den herrlichen Stränden und kann von hier auch gut das Hinterland mit wunderschönen Bergdörfern entdecken. Wir hatten eine schöne, sonnige Herbstwoche in San Vincenzo!

Sehr schönes rustikales Bauernhaus
Das alte toskanische Bauernhaus liegt an einem Olivenhain und hat eine sehr großzügige Terrasse mit einigen bequemen Sitzmöglichkeiten, sowie einer Außendusche und Grill. Ein weiteres Highlight sind die 2 voll ausgestatteten, modern renovierten Bäder. Die Küche bietet inklusive Backofen alles was man braucht. Das Haus liegt an einer ruhigen Straße, man kann also bequem das Auto stehen lassen und die 1,5km bis zum Meer laufen. Die Kommunikation mit Marco lief sehr gut, er hat jede Frage schnell und höflich beantwortet. Der sehr später Checkin war sehr gut vorbereitet und für uns ohne Umstände möglich. Rundum absolut empfehlenswert. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen!

Ein kleines Paradies abseits des Trubels ! Ein geräumiges gut ausgestattetes Haus mit vielen liebevollen Details. Der Garten bietet zu jeder Tageszeit ein schattiges Plätzchen. Wir genossen die outdoordusche .. möchten gerne wieder kommen !

We stayed one week in this beautiful house. It is secluded and very quiet, but only two minutes drive from the center in San Vincenzo and the beach. The beach is nice, clean and the water of very good quality. The house is very well equipped with everything you need and the property is very large with many olive trees. The landlord is very nice and the communication is very pleasant with him. Excursions to Pisa and the island of Elba are within a 1 1/2 hour no problem. We felt very well and were certainly not the last time there. Thanks for this nice week.

Sehr schönes Haus
wir waren im Mai zu Gast. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und Herrn Enzo dem Hausverwalter war problemlos, nett und kooperativ. Das Anwesen ist naturnah und ruhig gelegen. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gepflegt. Einzig die fehlende Möglichkeit das Haus zu heizen, ist ein Minuspunkt.
