"Lovely hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff. Shuttle picked us up at the train staion which was easy and very helpful. Staff did their best to communicate with using English which was appreciated! The room was lovely, large, clean and comfortable. The hotel restaurant was excellent! Best wine ever!"

"旧市街入り口の門のすぐそばにあります。階段を登る必要がありますが、ドゥオーモのある広場まで徒歩5分程度と非常にアクセスが良いです。バスターミナルからも近いですが、鉄道で来る場合はかなり駅から離れています。部屋はリノベーションされたようで非常に綺麗です。バスルームとトイレも清潔でした。"

"We had such a great time here. We were greeted with coffee and snacks and plenty of information about the town. The restaurant was closed but was offered to us which was great. we were also given suggestions to go eat at. the rooms were great, breakfast was very good. we even got to purchase some chirstmas ornaments. our host we also very friendly. "Eccezion per il tempo che non ci ha permesso di goderci a pieno le piste da sci, bella esperienza. Hotel consigliatissimo anche se una piccola cosa non mi è phaciuta: piscina Spa con acqua non a temperatura, ma il tipo della hall pur sapendo ciò, ci ha addebitato ben 10 euro per delle cuffie, dove se l'acqua fosse stata a temperatura non avrei esitato, che poteva anche non farci passare dal momento che siamo entrati e riusciti immediatamente perché non si poteva stare! Ma per il resto gradevole...
