Private Roof Top Sun Terrace, Sea Views, South Facing, WiFi and Aircon

2 Bedroom Apartment with a private roof top sun terrace and south facing front balcony, so ideal in Winter months. WIFI is available. There is ample room for parking and is within easy walking or driving distance for a number of local beaches. The famous Mar Menor (or little sea) is about 25 minutes walk away (3 minutes by car). This is a fantastic place for water sports, swimming and good beaches, there are no tides so very very safe for swimming and is much warmer than the sea. Also there are lovely sandy beaches in Lo Pagan. The area is very flat so it's perfect for cycling or walking. Very close to the San Pedro Las Salinas national park, an unspoilt nature reserve which is a favourite with bird watchers! The local town is about 15 mins walk and the motorway is about 1.5 miles away. ar bus service to neighbouring towns for non-drivers, and the bus station is only 10 minutes walk away.

We stayed at Anita’s apartment for a short break if 16 days. The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything one needs, well equipped for all needs (a home from home ) it’s placed in what we think is an ideal location having great weather but also in a quiet location, ideal to get away and relax in the sunshine ! Anita is a very helpful host and always replies to any queries in a timely manner. Love it and would recommend

Lovely relaxing holiday
Recently stayed for a week, the four of us including two teenage boys and we all had a lovely time. The apartment was very clean and Pete and Sue couldn't have been more helpful. The whole process was very easy from start to finish. We had everything we needed. Pool was a lovely temperature and it was nice and clean. Fantastic Lidl's just up the road, we went every day! The apartment is located within a residential area with three eating places very close by (Italian was our favourite). We knew this before we got there so we had a car to travel to others, good job we did as biking would have been far too hot for us (was early 30 degrees every day). The apartment is an ideal base if you wish to travel to Cartegena and Murcia, both about 45 mins by car. Local resorts of Lo Pagan and Torre de la Horadada are lovely too. Loved sitting on the roof terrace at night, seeing the stars and air con was brilliant!

Home from Home.
This is our second visit to Annita’s Apartment and i would not hesitate to recommend it. The Apartment contains everything you need and more, is extremely comfortable and light and airy. We loved having breakfast, sometimes our evening meal, or just a drink on the balcony or up on the Sun Terrace. There are great restaurants, coffee shops, bars, shops and supermarkets just a short stroll away. We hire bicycles for two weeks and literally potter around visiting local places, walking, swimming in the pool or sea, eating, drinking and having mud baths !!! If you want to travel further afield, the Bus Station is a 15 minute walk away and there is a good and interesting service. Pete and Sue who look after the Apartment are lovely and nothing is too much trouble for them. Thank you for another fantastic holiday.

Lovely property, hence our 2nd stay there.
Annita's apartment was great for the 3 of us, plenty of room and well kitted out. Although we only used it as a base we could've easily used it as a home from home while we were there. I'm sure we'll return. And thanks to Pete for his service.

Very convenient and peaceful
The flat , especially the kitchen, is very well equipped: there's a safe, an iron and ironing board and an efficient shower. Really very easy to live in, though a large number of keys to work out (all very high security). The roof terrace is private, with a view of the sea in the distance. The swimming pool was sadly out of commission for the whole of my stay, but the sea and salt lakes are not far away and there is a beautiful walk through scrub to a big empty beach. The surrounding village is a little bleak; Lo Pagan, the next along, is more vibrant, with plenty of bars and restaurants. Hire a bike and you'll be there in no time. Pete and Sue were very friendly and helpful as was Annita in the UK. I would happily come again.

Lovely clean apartment in quiet area
First time staying at Annita's apartment, found it to be a lovely and clean with everything you need for your stay, close to the mud baths and the great beaches at El Mojon and Pilar da la Horadada. Enjoyed the sun terrace and communal pool on a couple of days but if you have a car or rent a bike it's very central to explore the surrounding areas which we enjoyed doing.

Nice relaxing visit
We stayed in Annita's place for a week in June, it's in a good location which you can walk into the main town as we did most days. A hire car is beneficial for visits a bit further out. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We will be back!
