"One of our best stays in Costa Rica! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and just a 2-minute drive from the beautiful Playa Carrillo (which I actually preferred over Sámara).
From the balcony, we had a view of the pool and could even watch soccer games on the field right across the street.
The Wi-Fi worked well, the beds were comfortable, and the parking – though a bit tight – was secure, with a locked gate every night.
Beach chairs were provided and came in very handy for our days by the ocean!
The only negatives would be the road which is right next to it, so a bit noisy sometimes. Then, the bunk beds which are not very safe because the rail of the top bunk is really small and probably wouldn't prevent a child from falling.
Also note that there is no washing machine or dryer on site.
But other than that, it was perfect. I recommend the place!"
Luxury Oceanfront View Villa with Chef, Housekeeping and Concierge Services
10/10 Excellent
"The villa is so much nicer than the photos. The table outside the kitchen on the patio was our favorite place in the villa. It seats more than 10 and the view of the ocean is incredible. You get a nice morning breeze to have your coffee and just enjoy your surroundings. We had 6 adults and 4 kids and never felt crowded with all the bedrooms and sitting areas. The pool was used every day and night and has the same views of the ocean. Jenny and Alex were beyond amazing, they make you feel like you’re part of the family. They are so helpful and will go the extra mile to help/please your every need. They are a big reason we may book the villa again. "
Your Own Private Paradise with Full-Time Chef, housekeeper all included

"Cannot say enough great things about our stay. It is the best VRBO property we've stayed at on an all-around basis. Great communication and help from the owner, Ana and Freddy are fantastic, the home is beautiful and perfect for 8-10 people, and Costa Rica is beautiful. Staying here you get to experience more of the local towns than you would staying at a resort. Do not hesitate booking a stay during the rainy season. There's still plenty to do (sometimes more fun in the rain), and still plenty of sunshine for the beach or pool. The cooler temps are also nice, but it was never too cold to get in the water. Last time we came to Costa Rica it was in the "summer" season and at a resort. This trip was all-around the better trip! Can't say enough good things about Ana and Freddy. She makes delicious meals, and took the time to talk and answer all of our questions about the local towns and the country to help teach us about Costa Rica. Freddy is like a ninja working in the background sweeping up, cleaning up, or grilling, while Ana takes care of everything else. They feel like part of the family by the time you leave, and you'll want to come back and visit them! If we get a chance to go back to Costa Rica, we would definitely stay at this house again (as long as Ana and Freddy are still there)!"
"Amazing staff - very attentive from check in to check out! That together with the delicious food at the restaurant, comfortable room, spacious pool, and great location by a quiet beach (with hammocks and lounge chairs) means we will be back! Thank you for a lovely stay! Muchas gracias!"
"We had such a great stay. The pool was pristine and great with young kids. Delicious meals and drinks and I liked being outside of Samara in some peace and quiet. Highly recommend "
"This is an amazing property in a very peaceful setting away from the hustle bustle of tourists. The pool area and the grounds overall are absolutely stunning! They have a beach club which is a few steps down from the property and that was the perfect walk for us every day. They also have golf carts to take you there if you don’t care to walk.
The service was impeccable. Every staff member we encountered was extremely friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. It was my boyfriend’s birthday and I had asked them to put some flowers and a bottle of winner in our room when we checked in. They went over and above and decorated the room with balloons and even brought us cake :)
The food was great too, especially the breakfast!
My only complaint was the age of the rooms. They are a little dated. But the staff said that they are going to kick off a remodel soon.
Overall, we had an absolutely wonderful start at this place! Highly recommend it to anyone who wants a peaceful stay in Costa Rica!"
BRAND NEW!! OCEAN FRONT, Casa Del Mar!! Playa Coyote!

"The house is gorgeous and has everything you could need. Gabby is an excellent host, and Henry takes great care of the property. Silvie is amazing, and her daily visits to clean made us feel spoiled. Gabby helped us with couples massages, horseback riding on the beach, a fishing trip, and a private chef for dinner. All activities exceeded our expectations. There are great restaurants close by, including the closest just a short walk down the beach. There is also a tree house pizza place that was excellent. This is the ultimate spot for relaxation and spending quality time with family and friends. This area is remote with no nightlife. We had no problem driving from Liberia airport, which was about a 3-hour drive. I am already planning our next visit to this perfect slice of heaven on earth. Please do not forget to tip Silvie. She works hard to keep the house clean so you don't have to.Pura Vita!! "
