It disposes of microwave oven, dishwasher, sat-TV, A/C, washing-machine, Wi-Fi and 1 parking-place. The residence features a swimming pool with hydromassage and a terrace with sun-beds.

The property is located in an elegant residence in the heart of Bibione, a few steps from the beach, the spa center and the pedestrian shopping street.
