"Great place to stay with awesome views and a beautiful beach. The downside is that there is no parking area to leave car while at beach. You have to leave at condo and walk back and forth. The going isn’t back but returning is a bit difficult with the steep climb."

"We loved the property. It was quiet and relaxing. The amenities, especially the infinity pool, were better than we could have asked for. The check in and check out instructions were clearly communicated and the property manager responded to any inquiries we had. Being close to Carara national park as well as Jaco made the location ideal. We especially enjoyed all of the wildlife we were able to see from our terrace and from walking around the property. "As advertised, this place is gorgeous. We saw an abundance of wildlife and enjoyed the views and sunsets. Some of the beds in the basement need to be replaced, but the master and the main floor beds were comfortable. Loved the separate zones for AC. Could use some better pans and the coffee maker is awful. Make sure to give the names of everyone in your party to them prior to departure from the states. "We had a great time at this Jessica's and Sergio's Condo. The location was spectacular with amazing views. It has everything we needed. There was a fairly serious plumbing problem in the kitchen sinks that also affected the laundry room plumbing. Sergio and Jessica were responsive and as we were only there for a short stay we told them not to worry about fixing it until we were gone. The problem did not severely affect our overall experience and I am sure they will attend to the problem before...

"For reference we stayed in Atenas Costa Rica April 14th through April 19th. The house is gorgeous, and the view from the backyard is stunning. On two separate occasions toucans came to the tree in the backyard to feed on the berries. We also had 6 head of cows/ bulls wander up one morning while we enjoyed coffee on the back porch.
