THE BARNDO- 2 MINUTES AWAY from the OUTLET MALL!

“The Barndo” is a mother in-law suite my wife and I built in our backyard. We have chickens, 3 cats, 2 dogs, as well as a large quail aviary in the backyard. Feel free to check it out and feed the birds!
We want to give all possible renters a heads up that we like to keep it green with our little Barndo and are using a sawdust toilet. It's simple to use, doesn't waste any water, and will add great fertilizer to the yard over time! (Don't worry, we will do all the cleaning). Look up “Loveable Loo” on YouTube to learn more.

The space:
There is a fire pit, outdoor chair swing, standing patio heater, and a lighted sitting area where you can enjoy our animals . We are always available if you have any concerns or questions. We enjoy being outside with our 2 kiddos tinkering around our mini farm and always willing to show you the chickens, quail, and anything else you might be interested in.

We are located less than 2 miles away from San Marcos Premium and Tanger Outlets. 11 miles from historic New Braunfels and Gruene Texas which are the homes of the Guadalupe River, Comal River, Schlitterbahn Water Park, wineries and breweries. Tubing and downtown life of San Marcos is 5 miles away. If you’re looking for big city attractions we are 37 miles from downtown Austin, and 45 miles from the San Antonio River Walk.
