"For our second week in Costa Rica, we chose this home in Atenas. The photos do not do it justice- it is such a wonderful and relaxing retreat. The private pool and outdoor shower allowed a connection no nature. Hammock and hanging chairs, lush landscaping, toucans…. Just too much to mention. We will return to this special place. Lizz did massages on the breezeway our last day to the sound of rain and the birds. Communication was excellent."

The kitchen was fully appointed (salad spinner! wax paper!) so I was able to prepare meals with ease. Our dogs had fun in the spacious yard, but the smaller one figured out that she could squeeze through the front gate so we had to keep her tethered. "A very comfortable home in a Costa Rican residential neighbourhood. There is a lovely view from the upper deck of the surronding area that is dotted with coffee plantations. The home had comfy beds and plenty of interior space. Felt safe and relaxed here. We would return again. Dana was very good at answering any of our questions and helping us during our stay."
