"I arrived at check in time of 4pm and was not able to check in because the manager was not there. She showed up 45 minutes later. Check in was OK. I asked about the time for the free continental breakfast the details showed. She claims because it wasn't on the confirmation of the reservation, she was not going to honor it. Assistance was needed to carry luggage upstairs and these stairs could be deemed as challenging for the elderly and people with special needs. The staff are very friendly. If you enjoy animals you will like their little dogs and cat. To avoid waiting at checkout, discuss preferred payment method during your stay. Breakfast was good...
