"This property was perfect for our family of three. With a small child we appreciated the upstairs loft hangout, proximity to the beach, and front yard. Mornings were spent enjoying the outdoors on the patio with coffee and breakfast. Afternoons spent at the beach with about a .75mile walk to the beach. Neighborhood was quiet and easy to navigate. Walking distance to many great places. "

"I stayed a week here by myself mostly with family visiting a couple evenings. This was a perfect central location to enjoy the area. Very close to beach, groceries, restaurants, etc., I found I did not need a car for any necessities, including dining, beach and supermarket a little over a block away. Everything you need is provided, and the air conditioners were really a big plus. Kirsten was very responsive and a great host!"

"We were in San Clemente for a weekend of wedding activities and just needed a home base between events. The added bonus was its location to the beach for early morning walks before the busyness started. The property is not air conditioned (which we learned is typical in that area) so keep that in mind. The property manager was very responsive in a timely manner and took care of our questions. "

"Location is convenient for walking either to the beach or to the downtown restaurants. Cottage is comfortable with lots of room for 2 people. WiFi is great, very fast. Outdoor deck is very roomy and airy with plenty of seating. This was my second stay here so I definitely recommend. Riki is a great host as well. "
