From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The receptionists were friendly and professional, and the valet team went above and beyond—especially when they helped us refuel our electric car. There were no EV charging stations nearby, so they made a special effort to ensure our car was fully charged and ready for us. That level of service truly stood out. The food at the hotel was another highlight. Every meal we had was delicious, with amazing flavors and top-notch service throughout our stay. The only drawback, and the reason I’m giving four point five stars instead of five, was the size of the room. It was quite small, and while I understand this is due to the building’s age and historic charm, it did feel a bit cramped. That said, everything else was excellent, and I would definitely return. Next time, I’ll make sure to request a larger room to make the experience even better! "

"I’m giving this high rating because I had a payment issue during after-hours, and even though the manager wasn’t physically on-site, the front desk contacted them immediately and the issue was resolved within minutes. It showed how committed the manager is to supporting guests and providing excellent service, even outside of normal hours. Also, I want to mention that Expedia’s customer service was amazing as well. They supported me very well during the process and were extremely helpful. If you ever book the wrong place or face a problem, Expedia’s team is there to help.
