The apartment was large, airy and well equipped. Alejandro was friendly and helpful. Location for beach, shopping and nightlife was very convenient. Having read other reviews, I also received morning deliveries of fresh bread - but only on three of the nine days of my stay - perhaps somebody else was stealing it! All in all excellent value. The ONLY complaint I have is about the RIU hotel across the road, which puts on a very noisy cabaret every evening from 8 till 11pm. The quality of entertainment is mixed - but it is SO loud that it is unavoidable and makes everything vibrate.

Grosser Balkon. Grösstes Schlafzimmer dass ich in einem Maspalomas Appartment je hatte. Fernseher in beiden Räumen. Kurzer Weg zu Promenade und Strand. Jumbo zu Fuss zu erreichen. Sehr nettes familiäres Personal. Klimaanlage vorhanden. Ging im November jedoch nicht. Etwas negativ ist das benachbarte RIU hotel mit seiner offenen Bühne. Aber Abends ist ganz Maspalomas eh eine Party. Ohrenstöpsel nicht vergessen, wenn man früh zu Bett geht.

Insgeamt ist die Anlage wirklich zu empfehlen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und außerordentlich Hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung der Appartements sind gut, allerdings könnten die Möbel mal erneuert werden. Leider ist auch die Klimaanlage nicht mehr in Funktion. Toll war, dass jeden Morgen frische Brötchen an der Tür gehangen haben!!!!
