It is located a minutes-long stroll from historic downtown Boerne, and a stone's throw from newly renovated River Road Park. Wafting sounds and smells from nearby music venues and eateries can be enjoyed from the front porch; meanwhile, sites and sounds of nature can be enjoyed from the secluded second story steel deck in back.
