With spacious rooms, a cozy vibe, and plenty of room for the whole crew, it’s the ideal home base for making memories.
All bedrooms are located upstairs for added privacy. The home features 2.5 bathrooms, including a half bathroom downstairs and two full bathrooms upstairs, one of which is an ensuite.

Relax in the spacious living room, complete with plush seating, a flat-screen TV, and free high-speed Wi-Fi for your entertainment needs. (Please note: There are no TVs in the bedrooms—only in the living room.)

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast, with modern appliances, cookware, and utensils. A large dining table provides plenty of seating for family meals.

House Rules
• Please respect our home by adhering to the house rules, including no smoking, no pets, and no parties or events.
• No pets are allowed on the property. If our housekeeping team finds any evidence of pets in the house, a $1,000 fine will be imposed to cover the necessary cleaning and sanitation.
• Parties and events are strictly prohibited at the property. Any violation of this policy will result in a $1,000 fine to cover the costs of additional cleaning, damages, and disruption to neighbors.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. If our housekeeper detects evidence of smoking indoors, an additional cleaning fee of $1,000 will be charged to cover the necessary deep cleaning and odor removal.
• Parking: The driveway can accommodate up to two cars. Street parking is subject to availability and must comply with HOA rules. Any violation of this policy will result in a $1,000 fine. The garage is off-limits.
• Security Cameras: For the safety and security of our guests and property, we have outdoor security cameras in the following locations. These cameras are active and record video only. There are no cameras inside the property to ensure your privacy.

• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. Please note that early check-in is charged at $10 per hour before 4:00 PM, and late check-out is charged at $50 per hour after 10:00 AM.
• Cleaning: The property is professionally cleaned before each stay, but we appreciate you leaving the home tidy upon departure.
• Decorations in Photos: Some decorations and food items shown in the photos are for illustrative purposes only and will not be provided during your stay.
• Entertainment: We do not offer cable or video streaming services, but you are welcome to stream movies and videos using your own account with the available Wi-Fi.
• Food & Spices: We do not provide spices or food items for safety reasons.
