"This was the perfect place for my husband, me and my three adult children with their spouses. There was more than enough room. We also brought two dogs. The property was exactly as described and the manager checked in often. The pier was wonderful and the sunsets were beautiful. I hope to stay again in the future."

"A fun, unique property in a quiet yet lively neighborhood. We loved the property itself, great for lazy days floating in the pool or sitting in the jacuzzi. The decks are a peaceful place to hang out, enjoying a cup of coffee or a cocktail with tranquil views. The kitchen is well-equipped with utensils and appliances. While could have easily just stayed home at the property all week, there are many excursions too good to pass up. The ocean beach is a short hike away, flat and sandy for miles and miles. If the ocean is too rough, there are beaches on the sound (calmer side of the island) not too far away. We had a great time exploring up and down the coast, getting ice cream at Village Conery (two blocks away), hanging out at Waterman's, and visiting Roanoke Island for great shopping and history. If you're wanting to visit the Outer Banks, this is the place to stay."

"Our family of 5 (3 teenage and young adult children) and our sister and brother-in-law spent a week at this property and had a great time! It was our first time in the OBX and the location was perfect! It is centrally located so we never had more than a 20-40 minute drive to any of the places we wanted to visit. One day we headed North to see everything in Kill Devil Hills and Nags Head. One day we headed South and did everything in Avon, Hatteras, etc. One day we spent on Roanoke….our favorite. We flew in so we were thankful there were beach chairs and umbrellas available for our use on our beach days. The owners are so kind and friendly. We had great communication with them. They were always quick to respond. Although, we didn’t have many questions because the welcome guide they provided was so helpful! Thank you! We referred to it often. The kitchen is very well stocked w/dishes and cookware. We had a great time! Thank you for hosting us!"

"The host was very involved and was in contact quite a bit. They came and took the trash cans out and back up without anyone noticing. We loved that it was dog friendly but didn’t have the smell or hair from other animals. Great stay overall"

"Our group of 8 (and our pup) enjoyed the house and its multiple communal spaces, easy walk to the beach, clean hot tub and heated pool (happy we paid for this!) The host was very communicative and helpful - we had a few cleanliness issues upon arrival but they were quick to respond and resolve the issues. The kitchen was stocked with empty utensils and appliances to get us through the weekend, and the 2 fridges and 2 dishwashers were helpful for a big group. Overall very happy with our stay!"

"The house was clean and comfortable. It was by far the nicest house we’ve stayed in at the Outer Banks. It is modern and updated. The pool area was great on a day that the wind was too much at the beach. We love Waterman’s Restaurant which is very close. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a good seafood dinner. It was just my husband, myself and our dog but the house would be wonderful for an entire family and quests. We spent mornings on the top deck watching the sun come up. It never gets old. At night we sat outside looking at the moon and stars. We love the tri-villages area."
