"We were not allowed to stay at the hotel on because of facility issues with heating systems either for not having enough staff or due to off season conditions and end of season. The beach, outdoor pool, soccer field looked great. They moved us to Joli Park Hotel in the city but that was just to sleep for the night and their pool was non functional either. "This is a lovely hotel for relaxing & enjoying peace & tranquility of Salento The rooms are spacious lovely & super comfy beds & well cleaned every day The restaurant has a daily menu & food is great quality, my wife is Vegan and the staff & Chef made dinners for her every night!! The staff are absolutely awesome!
