The EVA apartment is part of CASA VERSACE. Located in the Santo Antonio district, besides Carmo, the most charming neighborhood in the city.
CASA VERSACE is on the side of Bahia de Todos os Santos, in front of the famous Convent of Carmo.
Recently renovated the apartment has a romantic colonial style with great care in decoration. It is a duplex apartment with mezzanine. The apartment is fully equipped with all the necessary comforts (towels, bed linen, soap), air conditioning, equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi access.
EVA can accommodate up to 5 people having two suite with own bathroom: - two in very comfortable queen size bed - two in very comfortable queen bed in mezzanine - one in a very comfortable sofa bed
The room has access to two large windows facing the street from where you have the view and you can also hear the quiet life of the charming historic center.
Guests can also have access to a larger balcony, on the same floor, with a breathtaking view of the Bahai from All Saints, from where you can experience the most stunning sunset of the Bay.
