Beautiful house located in a condominium totally closed in the beautiful and calm beach of Guarajuba in the Bahia coast.

Five suites with closets and balconies. The master suite has ample closet and bathroom with Jacuzzi.

All rooms in the house (including living room, reading room and dining room) have split air conditioning maintained by periodic maintenance.

Kitchen equipped with state-of-the-art Brastemp appliances.

40 m2 swimming pool with beach with greenhouse loungers. Spa and bath area with stainless steel cascade. Solarium in porcelanato with thermal insulation. Swivel table and chairs also Greenhouse.
Gourmet space with brewery, stainless steel barbecue and electric stove.

Wonderful landscaping project planned and executed by Alex Sá and the architectural project was developed by Tânia Póvoa.
The beautiful home and its landscaping were featured five pages from Nature magazine in December 2017. It was also featured on the Homyfi international architecture website.

House located 200 meters from the beach and has constant natural ventilation due to its location on the land facing the source.

Lighting designed for the comfort and appreciation of the beautiful garden and swimming pool at night.
