Spacious seven bedrooms and 3 bathrooms house located in south salt lake. Ideal for people who love large space. Have kitchen, in unit washer and dryer, quiet and park view. Located about 15 minutes near downtown Salt Lake City. With 2 cars garage and small back yard

180 dollars a day minimum no negotiation this price is for 2 people and 1 master bedroom or 2 small bedroom.

Price for each additional person is 40 dollars.




Prefer booking a day in advance, will not allow booking more than 2 weeks out.

Extortion to get the sixth bedroom.
Listing name is "Entire house for yourself Huge place can sleep 11 people." 7 Bedrooms were described on the listing. We had six adults who each needed their own room. Owner refused to open more that 5 bedrooms unless we paid him additional money. We had 6 people there, but the only way we could have access to a sixth bedroom was if we paid for a 7th person who we did not have. Additionally, the house smells like cat and is not clean. Bathroom walls and baseboards have not been cleaned in a very long time. One blanket on a shelf was visibly dirty.

BAD, DIRTY, NOISE AND COMPLETELY NOT RECOMMEND
It's a huge house, the first floor it's ok but the the second floor it's like a horror movie. The laundry machine make a lot of noice, and doesn't work properly. The house was very dirty and wify doesn't work. The owner never fix show interest for fix this problems. If you have an other option please take. Don't go to this house.
