Make yourself at home in this 3-bedroom West Valley City retreat. This cool townhome features 3 queen beds, 2 bathrooms with a shower, and essential amenities like WiFi, heating, and AC. Enjoy a peaceful stay with access to a washing machine, iron, and hair dryer for added convenience. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

Our property is conveniently located 10 minutes from the airport and downtown Salt Lake City and has access to multiple ski resorts within 30 minutes drive. The guesthouse has a new kitchen, remodeled bathroom, three bedrooms with queen beds, and two bathrooms. Enjoy a spacious living room with a leather couch, private entrance, ski/work setup, dining area, and in-unit laundry. Ideal for exploring the area!

The space
Enjoy comfort and convenience in this three-bedroom townhome near Salt Lake's ski resorts. Relax in cloud-like beds or in front of the fireplaces. The extra-large dining area is ideal for entertaining, and the house has been recently remodeled with new décor and design. It’s 15 minutes from the airport and just 10 minutes from Silicon Slopes. Parking for two vehicles is provided, and remember, quiet hours are between 9 PM and 8 AM daily.

Please note that this is the lower level of an over/under duplex apartment and not a shared space. The property has been fully remodeled and offers a luxurious feel. Our quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM.

We offer a do-it-yourself breakfast, providing you with everything you need to prepare a continental breakfast.

Ski Trip

Property did everything we needed it to do. It was clean and spacious for the four of us. We enjoyed the open living room and kitchen area and the two bathrooms. The house is about 15-20 minutes from Little Cottonwood Canyon which was perfect for getting up to the mountain quickly. This VRBO was all we could ask for the price.

Never received check in instructions.

We didn't stay at the house because the owner didn't provide check in instructions.VRBO policy requires check in instructions to be provided 3 days before checking in. I contacted the owner and he answered that he will send instructions the day of check in after cleaning is done. I agreed. 1.5 hours before checking in there were no instructions. I contacted the owner via app and also tried to call and texted his phone number. No response. After one hour I called VRBO customer service. Spent an hour on the line with the agent. Agent tried to contact the owner several times to no avail. The only thing he could do for us - to cancel the booking and escalate it to the special unit for a full refund. I had to find hotel rooms for the first night and book something else for the rest of our stay in SLC. All that while rushing off to the airport. The owner finally called while we were in the airport - 2 hours AFTER check in time! It was too late! Extremely inexperienced and inattentive.
