From this apartment, you will enjoy the most spectacular sea views in Salou. It is located in the Cap Salou area right on the cliffs of the Cova del Lladre and the Roca Falconera and very close to the Salou Lighthouse. Legend says that pirates used to disembark here to make surprising attacks. In the surrounding area, you will also find the Reguerot cove, with its pebble shore sheltered by rocks. If you are an adventurer, go into the Cova del Lladre. You can only access the beach through an underground passage. A really beautiful corner of Salou.In front of the building there is a stone platform for sunbathing and a stairway leading down to the sea for swimming. The nearest sandy beach is Cala Crancs (600m away). DISTRIBUTIONIt has a capacity for 6 people. Reservations for groups of young people are not accepted. Only available for families.It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.Master bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom with bathtub.Second bedroom with 2 twin beds.Third triple bedroom. Bunk beds + trundle bed. Perfect for the kids.Small bathroom with shower. Good wardrobes and enough storage space. Comfort first and foremost. Separate kitchen equipped with kitchenware and appliances, including dishwasher. Living-dining room with 2 sofas and plenty of space for everyone. Optional parking with supplement. Add it to the reservation because it is impossible to park in the street. THE TERRACE. Just for the sunset you will see from those hammocks, it is worth paying the price of the apartment. Reservations for groups are not accepted.Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price.- It is mandatory to complete online registration at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes providing the details of all occupants as required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and completing all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key collection. Très bel endroit et appartement sympa

Bel appartement, bien équipé, avec le levé du soleil sur la méditerranée en prime, deux plages de sable très proches et une, avec du galet juste en bas. Il ne manque que la climatisation, qui serait appréciable la nuit, quand ça ne descend pas en dessous de 25° même les fenêtre ouvertes. Romuald

Potentiel inexploité

L’appartement fait partie d’une construction massive de 9 ou 10 étages et date des années 60-70. Il est au 8e, la vue est sublime, la terrasse est grande. Les chambres et les pièces de vie sont grandes également. Mais… Pas de Clim, pas de ventilateur, pas de stores, ce qui fait que c’est impossible de petit déjeuner ou de déjeuner l’été sur la terrasse. Les nuits sont très chaudes, sans air. La résidence peut parfois être très bruyante (population de Salou…). Gros soucis: les 3 chambres donnent sur l’extérieur et les fenêtres ne possèdent pas de garde-corps. De plus, les volets ferment à peine. Si vous avez des enfants en bas-âge, évitez. Le mobilier est vieillot. On s’attend à mieux au vu des tarifs.Vraiment.
