"Staff was very nice and helpful, the rooms were clean and the hotel is a no smoke property period so it’s so much nicer than usual. Smells clean as well. Large variety for breakfast, biscuits and gravy, sausage and bacon. Eggs, roasted potatoes with ketchup. Large variety of grab and go breakfast items as well. Would LOVE to stay here again "

"Squeaky clean and the beds are perfection. Pillow top mattresses are so cozy and cloud like, but very supportive, as well. Finally, a good night's sleep in a Hotel! Thank you, Holiday Inn Express! "

"We had a very good experience at the Ft. Smith, AR, Home2 Suites. The check-in process was quick, the rooms were clean, the kitchen ammenities were better than anticipated, there was a very good selection of items for breakfast, and the pool was clean. The only downfall is something beyond this property's ability to control, and that was the loud motorcycles, cars, and trucks that drive back and forth late at night. Next time, we will ask for a room that doesn't face Phoenix."
