The villa entirely equipped with air-conditionning with an area of 293 m 2; and its vast garden composed of a first floor with four double bedrooms; a fully equipped open kitchen open to a first living room with fireplace and overlooking the pool and sea view, a second living room with fireplace. A guest toilet, a beautiful laundry room, 3 separate bathroom/ shower, shower room.

On the ground floor the villa has an independent apartment (no air-conditionning) and its own entrance, with its equipped kitchen, a living room, two double bedrooms, a shower room and a toilet. A separate corner ideal to be quiet.

Outside the villa has a huge swimming pool its garden, a bowling alley, rest areas to relax.

Plus: a ping-pong table, bowling, barbecue. Parking spaces. An exceptional location close to the city center, beaches of la Nartelle, shops and restaurants of Sainte Maxime.
