In a beautiful garden maintained by the owner on an area of approx. 6500 sqm with a large pool you will find a beautiful villa in a Provencal style.
A few steps above the pool there is a secluded, charming apartment with its own private terrace. The property is completed, the pool is secured. There are 2 other small apartments with sep. Terraces or part of the garden protected from view. Due to the size of the property, this really is not disturbing. You can only meet at the pool. We would be happy to send you further photos by email. The villa is located in a quiet residential area, yet only 800 m from the center and the restaurants, shops and the sandy beach. The golf course is about 1 km away. 12 km to St. Tropez, 7 km to Grimaud, 60 km to Cannes and 85 km to Nice
